Contest Rules, Terms and Conditions
Soluciones y Proyectos de Información, S.L. company (aka Sixtema), with NIF (VAT identification number) B15986771, registered office at Area Central building, 1st floor, L-25J,15707, Santiago de Compostela, A Coruña, will organise a competition under the terms and conditions herein attached..

RULES:

1. Contest period
   The contest period begins at 12:00 a.m. Central European Time (“CET”) on April 5, 2011 and ends at 12:00:00 p.m. CET on May 22, 2011


2. Eligibility
   The Map & Win Contest is open to anyone who is registered at ikiMap, who create or upload a map within the period mentioned above, beginning on April 5 and ending on May 22 (both dates included). Each user can create as many maps as he wants, all of them qualifying automatically for the contest.


3. Awarding prize
   The Prize for the best map will be an iPad 2 Wifi 3G 16Gb worth 599€. The prize offered cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other product. The prize is as detailed and is non-transferable. Sixtema reserves the right to choose an alternative winner should they have reasonable motive to relieve that the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions. In the case of it not being possible to deliver the established prize due to unforeseeable circumstances, the promoter can offer an alternative prize, but one that has the same characteristics as that established in these terms. In this instance the winner will be duly informed.


4. Evaluation criteria of the maps
   Maps will be judged based on the following judging criteria:
   • Originality
   • Style and design
   • Quality of the information


5. Judges’s panel
   Maps will be judged by a judge’s panel made up of

   2. Alejandro Polanco (La Cartoteca editor)
   3. Diego Fraga (Bitelia editor)
   4. Manuel Gago (Capítulo Cero editor)
   5. Alejandro Lamas (ikiMap CEO)


6. Winner notification
   The jury’s decisión will be made public and notified to the winner within 15 days or less from the end of the contest period.


7. Suspension of contestants
   Sixtema reserves the right to expel automatically any contestant from participation without notice who refused to comply with these rules and regulations, or mis-using and abusing the promotion.


8. Accepting terms and conditions
   Taking part in this competition implies that participants accept, without limitations or reservations whatsoever, its regulations and rules. Winners may be required to sign other legal documents acceptating all the terms and conditions of this contest..
