Salt Lake City Weekly is an alternative liberal newspaper. They are available all over Salt Lake City, and you can find them on street corners, in shops, and in cafes and restaurants. These inconspicuous wire racks and black boxes are below eye level, ignored by passerby and noticed when you need a coupon for dinner or when you run into it because you're playing on your smart phone. But they say a lot about the political and religious differences underlying this growing city.Due to certain stores or restaurants being closed, it's possible that I missed a few City Weekly locations. I tried to contract City Weekly distribution for a map, but they never returned my emails.
