This is a snapshot of some of the many places that our 7th and 8th graders have attended the Sacrifice of the Mass. The Students shared that it was basically the same wherever they went. Did you know that the word Catholic actually means universal? Our students really discovered how universal the Church is. Students in Iowa, El Salvador, Ireland, and Mexico all heard the same readings (sometimes in another language), all witnessed the Consecration of the bread and wine into the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus, and all were able to receive Jesus in these Catholic Churches everywhere. Our Church, it's teachings, it's Sacraments and it's mission remain the same no matter where you go. It is truly universal.
