Did you know that taking 20 - 30 minute naps can boost your concentration, increase your energy, and even improve your performance in school? The best time to nap is in the afternoon, between 2 and 4 PM. Your body naturally experiences a dip in energy at this time. Try to nap in a place that's dark, quiet, and comfortable, and set an alarm to wake yourself up: naps longer than 20 - 30 minutes can leave you feeling more tired than before you slept! There are tons of places to nap on the UC Davis campus. Here at Health Education and Promotion, we've done the research for you!
